A. There are many goddesses in Chinese art. Here's a link to a few. The ones I've seen most are elegant and tall statues usually carved in jade. In a pantheon, the many diffenent gods and goddesses represent many areas of inquiry for the Chinese. For instance, Quan Yin is the goddess of Compassion and Ch'ang O is goddess of the moon. The beauty of these figures is in their giving the faithful an image to pray to or appreciate. Eastern thought gives us many options for devotion. They simplify things with prayer wheels with prayers written on them and as the faithful turn them, the prayer eminates into the universe. Or they hang prayer flags that send the prayers out with each gust of wind. In my philosophy, the god/gods that may… [cont.]

A. other foreign countries might have seen this spectacular art and try to see these inventions and strive to make them better. take chinese writing as an example. people could see how hard it was to draw the characters and saw how many there were. later on they were made easier. block printing was established. (this is tough to understand but just think about it)
